WHO WE ARE
Twin Peaks Management LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a property management company. This policy applies to the text messages, voice calls, and two-way communications we send to current residents of our managed properties.
What We Collect
When you sign a lease with Twin Peaks Management, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), unit address, and tenancy dates. We use this information solely to send and receive transactional communications about your tenancy, including rent and billing updates, maintenance notices, emergency and safety alerts, and responses to your questions.
How We Use Your Data
We use your phone number and account details to send you messages about your tenancy and to reply to messages you send us. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your active lease. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties.
Who We Share Data With
We use Twilio and its associated carriers as a technology provider to deliver text messages and phone calls to you. Twilio acts as a processor on our behalf and does not independently use your data for marketing or other purposes. No other third parties receive your personal information through this service.
How We Protect Your Data
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized Twin Peaks Management staff. We follow industry-standard safeguards consistent with our obligations under the TCPA and applicable state privacy laws.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your phone number and messaging records for the duration of your tenancy and for up to twenty-four (24) months after your move-out or lease termination, after which your number is removed from our communication systems.
Your Rights
You may reply STOP to any text message to opt out of non-emergency communications at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Opting out of non-emergency messages does not affect your ability to receive life-safety and emergency alerts.
